Aluminium Expo | First Cold Rolled Product Manufactured in the Guochao Aluminium's 200,000tpa Aluminium Foil Billet Project for New Energy Batteries
According to aluminium expo, the first cold rolled product of Guochao Aluminium's new energy battery foil billet project with 200,000 tons’ annual output has been manufactured smoothly, marking that the 1850mm double-stand cold rolling equipment of the project has been transferred from the stage of debugging to trial production, laying a solid foundation for the production of the subsequent new energy battery foil billet and the power battery shell material.
After the 1850mm double-stand cold rolling production line is formally put into operation, its annual production capacity will be about 140,000 tons, which can efficiently produce high surface, high stability and high formability aluminium alloy cold rolled products, including power battery foil blanks, power battery shell materials, automotive decorative materials and architectural curtain wall panels.
The beginning of the year marks the start of new efforts that is the decisive. After the Spring Festival holiday, Guochao Aluminium quickly sounded the clarion call with the majority of cadres and workers in a full state of mind devote to the new journey of project construction. On the project site, 1+3 hot rolling mill equipment debugging professionals and technicians are optimizing the operational control, improve the stability of the production process and products, and strive to achieve early continuous production of the whole line. 1850mm double-stand cold rolling mill equipment roll system is running at high speed, with clean and smooth aluminium strip rolling out form the seam, entering winding machine, and turning into neat aluminium coils with silver light. In the main control room, technical workers are staring at the computer screen to monitor and check the operation of the cold rolling mill. The production line site presents a hot and busy, orderly and vivid scene.
