Aluminium Show |Lizhong Group: The Company Will Accelerate the Layout of Recycled Aluminum Recycling Channels in Mexico to Supplement Overseas Recycled Aluminum Resources

On March 15th, Lizhong Group stated that the company has a first-mover advantage in the field of non-heat-treatable alloys. Through independent research and development, co-development with users, and collaborative research with Tsinghua University, the company has developed a variety of new materials, including large-scale integrated die-casting non-heat-treatable aluminum alloys. These materials can meet the technical, performance, and quality requirements of different customer designs and various integrated casting parts, achieving the goal of providing a variety of customized services to customers. To continuously meet the market demand for cost reduction and carbon emission reduction from customers, as well as the future requirements for low carbonization, corrosion resistance, and high thermal conductivity of integrated die-casting materials, the company continues to strengthen the vertical in-depth research and development of non-heat-treatable alloy materials and cooperate horizontally with strategic partners. This effort aims to further achieve a variety of composite product iterations for non-heat-treatable alloys, maintaining the company's leading industry position and competitive advantage.

The company is committed to the recycling of aluminum resources, with 40 years of rich experience in recycled aluminum processing, and has a strong competitive edge in the procurement, sorting, and use of recycled aluminum. In 2003, the company was the first in China to introduce the direct aluminum liquid supply model. Currently, with over 20 direct aluminum liquid supply customers, it is one of the largest direct aluminum liquid supply enterprise groups in China, effectively reducing production costs for both the company and its customers. Additionally, the company has strong recycled aluminum processing capabilities, capable of detoxifying trace elements, making non-harmful elements beneficial, and enhancing the efficiency of beneficial elements, significantly improving the usability of recycled aluminum. It has also established hazardous waste processing capacity, effectively solving the company's aluminum ash disposal problem and forming a closed-loop industrial chain. According to Aluminium Show, in terms of recycled aluminum resource layout, the company will continue to accelerate the layout of recycled aluminum recycling channels in Mexico based on the regional layout of over 20 domestic manufacturing plants, specialized recycling trading platforms, and three major sorting bases in Baoding, Jiangsu, and Thailand. This effort aims to supplement overseas recycled aluminum resources, realize the dual circulation development of domestic and international recycled aluminum resources, and provide a global resource guarantee for the group's low-carbon and sustainable development.
