Aluminium Show | The Phase I project of Dazhou Zhuxin New Material Technology Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 150,000 tons of recycled aluminum, has officially entered the trial production stage.

In the beginning of April, Dazhou Zhuxin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuxin Aluminum") officially initiated Phase I of their project for the comprehensive utilization of 150,000 tons of recycled aluminum per year, marking Zhuxin Aluminum's formal entry into the trial production phase.

The project consists of two main components: metal recycling and processing, and metal remelting and casting. It advocates for the use of green, environmentally friendly, recyclable aluminum as the primary raw material. Utilizing advanced domestic and international equipment, the company conducts sorting, crushing, screening, and color sorting, employing advanced processing methods and workflows for environmentally friendly, recyclable raw material pretreatment. The purified recycled aluminum material is then melted in an efficient, energy-saving regenerative natural gas furnace system, where it undergoes composition adjustment and chemical purification of the metal liquid before being cast into aluminum alloy products that meet international and domestic market standards. The company focuses on improving the level of management informatization, accelerating the application of informatization in industrial process control, actively promoting the construction of integrated control systems for production lines, and continuously enhancing the monitoring of energy saving and emission reduction. The company has made extensive efforts in promoting energy saving and emission reduction through the integration of IT and industrialization.

According to Aluminium Show, the company is committed to building a production enterprise for green and low-carbon circular economy aluminum, focusing on comprehensive utilization of recycled resources, energy saving, consumption reduction, and emission reduction. Once operational, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of 6 billion yuan and profits and taxes of over 200 million yuan. It aims to promote high-end, intelligent, and green leapfrog development of the regional aluminum industry, accelerate the green upgrade of the regional full industrial chain, provide employment for more than 350 local people, and contribute to the economic development of Dazhou City.
